The parties are always very tiny, and involve family and a couple friends going out for dinner and a movie... though this year's was pretty big because I invited all the kids from work and all my gamer friends. I think "parties" really stop though with the advent of college - when it becomes too difficult to get a lot of people together, because they're all off doing different things.
