Concert: Guster 4/19/05

Tuesday was Northwestern’s A&O Ball… something I never went to when I was in school (they never had bands I liked). This year, the guest was Guster. El’s roommate’s boyfriend really really likes them so we all went. It was at the Riviera.

I scored a spiffy spot about a block away and […]

Netflix: The Saddest Music in the World

I just netflixed this after reading about it on Chicagoist. I love the love hate reviews on the Netflix page… I’ll post about it after I see it.

Dot-Pin Sets

These look sweet. I kinda want Luigi (since I was always player 2!) but Mario would probably be more recognizable…

Current tune: only select ‘Upload current tune file’
Recent tune: deselect upload recent tunes file
Upload file: select HTTP Get. […]

Concert: Decemberists 4/7/05

El and I went to see the Decemberists at the Metro last Thursday. I managed to get a dark chocolate (by that I mean semi sweet) parking space outside Heaven on Seven… not amazing, but free.

The opening band was Okkervil River whose latest album is evidently very good, according to PopMatters. I have […]

Didn’t touch anything!

( General )

So, the sideblog on Bull and Bunny is working again… which would be totally spiffy except I didn’t touch anything. So this is a case of technology spontaneously working. See, Wordpress hasn’t updated… neither has Magpie… and yet it works. Fingers crossed that it’ll keep working…
