Tonight, el and I finished our Lego Millenium Falcon, which is probably the coolest Lego set I’ve ever put together.
It has 985 pieces (many of them tiny). From the outside of the box, it didn’t seem like there were that many custom pieces to this set beyond the cockpit, but there ended up being a bunch.
I haven’t put together a whole Lego set in years… but it quickly came back. Turn the page, gather the pieces, see where they go, repeat. It’s a soothing process, although I got really excited towards the end when it came time to put the front pieces on and we were almost done. El said, “Calm… calm…”
We may go back and get the X-wing set, just for the R2D2 minifig…
