I spent two years managing the viruscons: the consultants that Northwestern used to try to stem the flow of Nimda and Klez that was making monkeys out of student's computers. I had no problem going out and fixing machines. It was the repeat customers that were annoying. The one who would keep opening attachments, keep leaving fileshares open, and keep their virus definitions in the stone age. Grrr.
Anyway, as a Mac user, the only virus I've gotten in the last 5 years was one I had to launch Virtual PC to get. That one was embarassing.
